Disinfection is a set of measures aimed at protecting the health of people and animals, protecting living and working conditions from pathogens and carriers of infectious diseases, harmful and epidemiologically significant microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi).

Protective disinfection

is carried out even when a specific infectious disease does not occur as a prevention measure in order to prevent possible ways of spreading the infection and maintain the required level of care for the hygienic and veterinary environment. It is also carried out as a mandatory part of some technological and production procedures. Every natural person who is an entrepreneur, a legal entity and every person when eliminating pathogens in their premises or premises is obliged to provide special protective disinfection as needed, in the event of an increased occurrence of harmful and epidemiologically significant microorganisms.

The obligation to carry out effective protective and focal disinfection results, among other things, from the requirements of Act 258/2000 Coll. On the Protection of Public Health.
